Preference ★★★★☆
This is a Daimine that I let sit for a bit after I purchased it.
This one was also fresh and sweet, which I liked.
It was a little crisp when drunk in a glass with a wide mouth opening, and a little soft when drunk in a narrower glass.
This time, I paired it with oden at Touge no Chaya in Akita Prefecture. It went well with the spices we had with it.
