Polishing ratio 60
This is a winter limited edition sake from Kanbongubai.
I bought it because I was completely attracted by the Shirokuma label.
Nama-shu is delicious in winter.
Preference ★★★★☆
Manzai 70% polished rice
This is Ni-Utsuri made with Manzai, a rice that was reintroduced to the Japanese market.
I bought it because I wanted to compare the difference of rice.
It has a unique flavor of Manzai rice. It is different from the aroma.
I love Ni-Utsuri, but I can feel the taste of the rice well, and so far it is my favorite among all the Ni-Utsuri.
Taste ★★★☆☆☆☆
When I went to Akita, I decided to buy some local sake at a roadside station.
I chose one from a lineup of hiyaoroshi sake from several different breweries and enjoyed it with kiritanpo hot pot in the evening.
It had been a long time since I had had sake, but it was easy to drink with a soft sweetness, and the rice flavor was very good.

This was the first time I drank nama-shu.
I was completely captivated by the freshness of the taste and the crispness of the sake.
I had bought it at a supermarket and had been looking for a bottle to drink again, but could not find it.
Next year, I will buy two bottles when I find it.
Iwate Ginotome, 55% polished rice
This sake is brewed by a female toji.
To be honest, I did not like it very much.
I imagined too much of sweet strawberries from the label, and as a result, there was a big gap between the taste and what I expected.
There was another label with a different rice variety, so I would like to try it next time.

Dewa Sanzan Polishing ratio 55
Purchased this together with the Usagi label of KANKOUBEI's Spring Sake.
After comparing the two, it renewed my husband's No. 1 ranking.
I like the clean taste of KANKENBAI, but I prefer the mineral taste or the watery taste of NIHATSUI.
I wanted to repeat it, but it was sold out.
Nama-sake is delicious in winter.

A spring sake from Kankoubai.
The rabbit label is cute.
We enjoyed comparing the Usagi with Ni-Utsuri, which we bought together. My personal preference is for Ni-Utsuri.

Dewa Sanzan Polishing ratio 50%.
I bought it because I wanted to try other Omine-san's wines.
I like Omine-san, probably any of their wines.
Yamagata Prefecture rice (Mitobe rice cultivated) Polishing ratio 60
To be honest, I didn't like it much.
I bought it because I was attracted by the label and the story that it was sake made from rice grown by the brewer himself.
Unlike the sweet, light sake I had been drinking, this one had a slightly bitter taste. I would like to try it again after I have had enough experience drinking various kinds of sake to understand how good it is.
Akitsuho from Nara Prefecture, Polishing ratio 70%.
I was curious about Kaze no Mori after reading the word of mouth.
From among them, ALPHA1 was recommended to me by the usual waiter.
I was very intrigued by the fusion of traditional temple brewing techniques and modern technology, even though my knowledge of sake is still limited. It was delicious.
Preference ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆
Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 50%.
A summer sake from Omine Shuzo.
Three grains of Omine that can be drunk as easily as water.
This is the first summer sake we have had since we became addicted to its deliciousness.
The acidity is perfect for summer and I like it too.
I bought the second bottle.
Taste ★★★☆☆☆☆
Akabu's summer sake. It has a clear and light mouthfeel, as is typical of summer sake. It has a pleasant feeling that it goes down smoothly without any sticking point. The refreshing acidity and sweetness are very much to my liking. I want to drink it again next year.
