I went to stock up for the first time in the new year.
As the name "Yukino Yamato" suggests, the taste was clear and beautiful without being too sweet, and the aftertaste was as smooth as melting snow.
Compared to the sweet sake we have been drinking recently, it was a little less sweet and a little more dry.
The fresh umami flavor spread in the mouth, and a hint of sourness could be felt later.
It would go well with oden with a lot of broth and less oily sashimi.
The brewer seems to be particular about rice production.
