This is the "Mixseed" series, where young brewers come up with concepts and take on challenges.
I had bought it because I thought the name "Utage" and the cute label would be perfect for a banquet sake for everyone.
It is not as sweet as I expected and goes well with strong flavored meals. I can feel lactic acidity.
