It has a nice pear and muscat flavor ✨.
As soon as I put it in my mouth, I get a strong sweet flavor with a pear-like fruitiness! LOL!
That flavor kicks in pretty quickly, but there's a grapefruit-like squeaky clean acidity and mild astringency afterwards that refreshes the palate nicely 😆.
I think I prefer it when it's a little warmer than when it's chilled, so I can enjoy the aftertaste of the first sip for a good length ✨.
I can enjoy the shirkiness of the ogara-mi and the freshness that makes it drinkable in summer as well.
