Some kind of sweet aloe yogurt? It has a nice smell like 😆 lol
The taste is fresh, fruity and sweet, but I also enjoy the greenness, citrusy acidity and bitterness from the hops, and the lactic acidic full-bodied yet refreshing taste 😳.
I think this is the first time I've had a slow craft saké, but it's a solid sake and a solid new experience!
It's 500ml so I'm sure I'll finish it in no time 😆.
