This is my first post in a while. This is a Urachiibijin that I have had on hand for a while. It has a slightly sweet flavor. When you put it in your mouth, the strong aroma comes first, followed by a dark banana flavor and a slight bitterness, and then it quickly fades away.

This was my first Nanamizu. It had the aroma and sweetness typical of junmai sake, but was dry for its juiciness, and reminded me of the ice breaker I had earlier, which I liked. I felt very proud of this sake made at the brewery's location in the center of Utsunomiya.

Hououmida's cold wholesale Junmai Ginjo-shu. This was my first Hououmida and I chose the cold wholesale. After six months of aging, the sake has a very mellow and full flavor, followed by a pleasant sharpness.

This is my first Iwate sake. I was a little wary of whether it was spicy enough to make a bear spit fire. I looked at the label and wondered if it was really sake. But I picked it up because it was a "hope special". The first sip had a nice aromatic mouthfeel. The aroma of American cherries came first, followed by a hint of banana. It was a complex, rich, and deep sake that was not too sweet and had a sharp, slightly spicy flavor. As one would expect from Bohu, it is a very good sake. It is delicious!

Ona Sparkling. It is a sparkling nigori sake. The bottle was opened with caution, but when I shook it a little to spread the nigori throughout the bottle, it spurted out like the champagne of a Formula 1 winner. It was a good sake with a dry taste. Next time I drink it, I would like to open the bottle carefully so as not to be sad. Please enjoy it with care. Then I learned the hard way that after opening the bottle, it should be placed vertically. I put 80% of the bottle in the fridge at that time, and it soaked up the flavor.

Yes, I live in Utsunomiya. I live in Utsunomiya. I recommend the reasonably priced course (3,000 yen), and the food is very good with no corners cut (you will love the dishes). They have good beer and a lot of sake, which I highly recommend.

As the remaining bottles of both were running low, we had the opportunity to play against each other again. The other day, we reported that the stag beetle was the overwhelming winner, but as we continued drinking, the clean acidity and sharpness of the beetle surpassed the sweetness and depth of the stag beetle, and this time the beetle was the winner. We will savor every last drop of both the remaining bottles and look forward to the next season. Sentori at its best!
