The atmosphere in the event plaza was nice, but there was no shade 🥵🥵The heat from 1pm to around 3pm was so bad I felt like melting.... I tried it even though I am not a fan of super-hot sake.
It was a chirpy, light, medium-hot...but deliciously tasty!
Fruity and light, with a wonderful umami and full-bodied flavor. The slight bitterness of the acidity was also very nice, and I enjoyed it with a large cut steak.

We were unable to meet Jay and Nobby as we passed by each other,
Unfortunately 😢I had some business to attend to, so I visited the event towards the end of the day, so I had to rush around the booths. 🏃♀️
We found some local sake, but it was priced at the event... but we had to try it.
It has a soft fruity aroma and a refreshing taste with a high acidity. It tastes like a slightly dry white wine with a gentle sweetness.
It was a perfect match with Quattroformaggi pizza! アルスKotori-san, you went after all backslash!

Nanoha-san and Higu-san were enjoying themselves first, and I joined later. It had been a long time since the summer prefectural party and I was so happy to see them again 🍶.
The sake is made from 100% Kyoto's original sake rice "Celebration" grown by a contract farmer.
It was golden in color and soft in the mouth, with a slight chilliness, a hint of pear and apricot flavors, a light matured taste, and a rich aroma, sweetness and acidity that only the sake brewing process can produce.
Alcohol content/15%.
