Sake is amazing.
I wondered if it could produce such a fruity taste.
My impression was of a pineapple with little acidity.
It is sweet and delicious, but how can I describe the quality that goes beyond that?
I like the sake cup I recently bought at a pottery fair. (What kind of pottery from Shimane...)
