Shponked when opened and still active after 5 years. What a strong yeast! When you drink it immediately, there is no unpleasant aged taste at all, and the layers and layers of flavor slowly unravel. It's so good! The sweet and sour taste like high quality honey flowed through at the end. This is too good!

Surprisingly, the sweet, delicious, and bitter are wonderfully even. None of the flavors jump out at you. From the attack to the sharpness, they are all even. It is unthinkable, and I have never experienced anything like it. Moreover, the clarity of this junmai is amazing ❗️. I'm really thankful that I can buy it at a regular liquor store.

This is the first time for the triple star itself. Hmmm, hey Ceee hey. It still has a matured taste, so there must be people who don't like it. However, if you like it, you will be hooked. It doesn't have that old sake feel, and there is plenty of minerality, so if you weren't told, you wouldn't even know it was an aged sake. If you expect explosive power like Jet SA, you will be disappointed. But you can imagine the skill of an expert and somehow manage to balance it out, lol.

Ryupapa, I actually live in the same prefecture. I don't see Sanrensei at liquor stores in the prefecture. I imagined it to have a more bold flavor, so I was surprised. If you have a chance, please give it a try.

2022 Hanpukai limited edition sake. It is said to be the D's of Touji Daisuke Naito. It is superb❣️. The aroma of the top and the hints are perfectly matched. The sweet coating pops, and the umami and bitterness are equally distributed from the inside. A truly blissful time.

I knew it, Kurodasho is good! Exquisite graininess. If it is too dense, it is too heavy, and if it is too light, it does not look gorgeous. It is really exquisite in size. After you drink it, it expands smoothly and is very drinkable. I love this one-of-a-kind stance.

The same as Shinomine, Chiyo Shuzo. As soon as you take a sip, the waves of umami, sweetness, and acidity that hit you with a gusto magically disappear. Dry is not the word to describe it. The fact that it seems a bit thick is probably due to the fact that the sake is still in its original state over the summer. I'd like to drink it chilled. As it rises, it slows down a bit and the flavor extends.

Toro (thick) and heavy. The quality of the sake is not defeated by strong flavors. It is a little bit modern and dry, with a sparkling sweet bitterness as its main taste. The weather was nice, so I thought I would enjoy drinking in the open air today, but the temperature is rising a bit. Let's go back home.

Limited edition for 2022 hanpukai. This is my first time drinking Nishikibaraku itself at home. I am looking forward to it. A daiginjo with plenty of Yamadanishiki-like flavor. Polishing of 40 clarification. I️ know it has to be tasty with these specs, but it's pretty tasty. This is a prize level❣️.

I wanted to linger over a sake that tastes great even at room temperature, so I chose Taruhira. I started with a cold sake. Well ❣️Oh, hey Ceeee~🤤. This one is totally for cold or warmed sake. As the temperature returns to normal, the acidity comes up fast and converges beautifully at the moment of the final swallow ❗️. Yamagata sake has a wide range.

I didn't know they did this every year. I like the label a lot. It is more stylish than the back label👍. The taste is different from Ni-Usagi, it has less acidity. It lacks sharpness, but it is round and easy to drink during a meal. It's a nice taste. But if it is a test brew, will it be different next year?

I had been curious about the divine label and brand name, but since I couldn't find it at my local liquor store, I put off buying it on the Internet, but finally bought it. I finally bought it, and will enjoy it for the first time. I️️ love the taste of this one. The juicy sweetness fills your mouth, but it's strangely easy to handle and doesn't leave a sticky aftertaste. This is a delicious one.

Yamahai brewed, once-fired, autumn-aged. I expected the aroma to be strong, but it is rather subdued. The corners are removed firmly, and the finish is sweet and delicious to rich and bitter. When the temperature returns to normal, the acidity from the Yamahai brewing process is clearly outlined. It's a good finish, which is also satisfactory in autumn! It's a Ceeee ❗️.

I often think that kudoki is rather expensive. But when it is 100% Banshu Aizan and polished to 44 Jun Dai, 4 gou 2200 yen is a bargain. I picked it up without hesitation. For a jun-dai, the rice flavor comes directly from the rice. After that, there is a long lingering rich sweetness like brown sugar. There is no acidity at all, and it is a type of sake that is cut off by a rich bitterness. I am wondering why it is 44. After examining the before and after, is that the best there is! Hmmm, I want to know.

Is the label design a "Z"? The viscosity of the liquid poured into the glass is so beautiful to behold. Delicious even before you drink it ‼️. It reminds me of the sweetness of autumn, like a tangy persimmon. It is quickly handled and the texture is ultimately smooth on the tongue. This one is good, very good. In young people's terminology, it's called "leveti". The taste that can be consumed in a "second"? I don't want to get old.

Comparison of untouched sake, Yamahai vs. No.1 yeast. Gohyakumangoku with No.1 yeast is refreshingly dry. The slight effervescence of the directly pumped sake makes the mouthfeel enjoyable and refreshing. The difference is subtle, but the horizontal flavor is a tie. In terms of depth of flavor, Yamahai wins by a narrow margin. But both have an alcohol content of between 18 and 19 degrees Celsius. They are good, but if you drink them at your usual pace, you'll die in a bomb 😱.

Tamagawa's untouched sake. Comparison of Yamahai vs. Both were shipped in March and April, so a little time has passed, but we hope they are growing in the right direction because they are directly pumped and matured in the bottle. First, the Yamahai. The best and highest ‼️. From a rich brown sugar-like sweetness, it instantly retreated, leaving behind an instant Western-style astringency. Harper, you are a genius❣️.

It is just as the label implies. The chubby sweetness swells up immediately, and the bitterness, which is typical of Miyazumi, finishes off the taste. The rounded acidity is a nice accent. Sharaku is too expensive, so it has to be Miyazumi, but it is good enough.
