Hanpukai limited edition sake. Aroma is high. It has a sharpness. It has a good cohesiveness. I have no complaints. However, if this is the first Omachi challenge tank, I think it should be more playful. It was kind of an average impression.

Hanpukai limited edition sake. 45% Omachi. I can't say for sure because I don't know the standard of Ruri no Umi, but it is so-so spicy. It is not a daigin, but it is bitter. I would like to see a little more Oumachi-like flavor, but it opens up nicely as the temperature rises. This is definitely one that should be kept at room temperature.

It's winter. By the time I drink nigori, I feel that it is already the end of another year. The supernatant is like cider. When it is stirred well, it becomes a crackling sweet and bitter calpis. Easy to drink ❗️ It's easy to get drunk.

I think I'll do Shinsei after a long time. Dry sour attack like Champagne. This is a start that has not impressed me much so far. The slight gassiness further accentuates the Champagne-like quality. There is a grassiness in the back, which is typical of a sake made from the traditional sake yeast and wooden vat, and a fresh lingering aftertaste, which is typical of Rokugou. It is very convenient to have on hand when I, who can only drink sake, feel like drinking something other than sake today😅.

I was very curious about this sake because of your post. I looked for it on the Internet, visited the liquor store in person, and bought it along with hiyaoroshi. The shopkeeper asked me, "Do you like Harushika?" but it was my first experience with Harushika itself. As I️ imagined, it was a delicious sake with lots of flavor extract. I became a Harushika fan at once.

Wooden vat brewed with natural yeast. No matter where you drink it from, it is 360°Senkou. The presence of this wine is quintessential. However, due to my health condition, it lacks a little in extract. Maybe I should have let it sit for a year or a little longer. What makes me happy is the lightness of the 14° alcohol content. It's nice to be able to drink it for a long time and have fun with it.

Take advantage of our travel assistance and head to Nikko! This is a truly local sake that can only be purchased at this store, which is a Yoshidaya Sake Shop original and was made by the brewer of "Sagata". It is an aroma-driven sake, with white peach, lychee, and a little pear. It ends with a unique finish that kicks in with a tea-like aftertaste. Yoshidaya Sake Shop, not an easy place to visit, but it was very nice and retro‼️.

The bottle was opened a week ago. The taste has settled down and is becoming more coherent. It has an acidic dryness similar to that of gin or champagne, but with a firm rice flavor in the middle. The sharpness of the taste is super-fast and has no equal anymore. It may lack a little more extract than the Kushira of previous years, but it is a quintessential taste. Delicious 😋.

This is the first time I have had it. The top has a sweet aroma with a gentle creaminess, typical of Shizuoka. The graininess is orthodox and understated. The ups and downs of the flavor are in the minimum range. After the sweet and bitter finish, only the umami of the rice is left behind. A good sake, typical of Shizuoka.

I was interested in this sake because I had not had much of an image of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. I thought it would be sweet and aroma-centered, but it was a solid and sturdy type of sake. I should have checked the back paste, but it is a mature brewer's sake. I think I prefer it cold. It doesn't rise much when heated, but if it's cooled down, the umami will increase. But if it doesn't rise when heated, I'd rather drink it cold.

It just so happened that there was another order of 50 polished at Snow Goddess, so I bought it, not to be mean, but to compare it to the super-hot one. Hmmm...maybe it's the same tank? It's not a pure sake, so it's like a slightly watered down version of the limited edition. No, no, no, I'm just drunk, but I'm sure it's not the same. I guess I was mean.

2022 Hanpukai limited edition sake. I have no idea why they designed a dry sake with a snow goddess that tends to be sweet, but it is not cheap and I will taste it thoroughly. It's not dry, but rather, from the refreshing menthol and grassy top, the flavor shoots through at a super fast pace, shooting through with a good amount of graininess. Call it plain, and you'd be right. If you say it's sharp, you're not off the mark either. However, I still don't understand the necessity of aiming for this sake quality with Yuki-no-Kami.

2022 hanpukai limited edition sake. Shuho is my favorite brand, but I wonder if Snow Goddess❄️ is a very difficult rice to make. It has a beautiful aroma, but the umami doesn't develop. The aftertaste is quite bitter, even though it is polished to 35. All the breweries of Yuki-No-Megami have the same taste. I guess it's because my expectations are so high 😭.
