Yamahai brewed, once-fired, autumn-aged.
I expected the aroma to be strong, but it is rather subdued.
The corners are removed firmly, and the finish is sweet and delicious to rich and bitter.
When the temperature returns to normal, the acidity from the Yamahai brewing process is clearly outlined.
It's a good finish, which is also satisfactory in autumn!
