Sharaku for the first time in forever. It's still delicious. The sweetness of yellow peach is fruity and good.

An astonishing 92%. The taste is so concentrated and angular that it is hard to believe that it is a "good" wine. It is extremely delicious.

The master was struggling to pull the bottle out about 20 times lol! The taste is also very lively! It's like lactic acidity and you want to drink it in the summer!

Melon-like sweetness. It is a slightly effervescent, unpasteurized sake that is easy to drink with a strange, yet smooth, feeling that you will never get tired of drinking it.

Local sake is good to drink in your hometown! Pair it with grilled scallops. It's clean, dry, and has no unpleasant sweetness!

Nama-ripened Unblended Sake: Forever with Sea Horsetail This sake seems to have been made for eating sea squirts. It is a matured type sake and has a punch, but it has a strong apricot sweetness and is very easy to drink without the unpleasant matured feeling. I usually don't like this type of sake, but I like this one. There are no sea squirts, so I served it with scallop kamaboko (fish cake). It is quite heavy, so depending on the fish, the sake might win out, but for some reason it goes well with strong fish.

It is easy to drink, with no unpleasant aftertaste. The aftertaste is rounded, with a slight caramel, barley-like aftertaste. 6 years ago, I remember feeling a tingling sensation when I drank it, but has my taste buds changed? The aftertaste is so smooth that it disappears 😭 It's still delicious though. It's still delicious though 😭.

A strong, chocolaty sweetness. This is the first time I've had it. ..... I think it would go well with tuna marinated in soy sauce.
