Nice to meet you, Nishinomiya sake!
Dry sake with a salty taste like soy sauce.
Paired with thick fried tofu with ginger! Soy connection? Very nice as a food sake!
It is easy to drink, with no unpleasant aftertaste. The aftertaste is rounded, with a slight caramel, barley-like aftertaste. 6 years ago, I remember feeling a tingling sensation when I drank it, but has my taste buds changed? The aftertaste is so smooth that it disappears ๐ญ It's still delicious though. It's still delicious though ๐ญ.
I like the juicy melon added to the apricot and how well it's rounded out. Strong alcohol and long finish. .... I don't drink a lot of brews, but I can drink this one.
Limited edition sake for the beginning of the year
It's too easy to drink, and it's sad that it's over in seconds because it's too easy to get started, even though it's worth seeing.
Tastes like an aged wine, or is it aged because it was brewed in October 2020? It's a little bit heavy and goes well with roast beef, even I can enjoy it!
It is polished up to 40%, but they don't change the name of ordinary sake from the past when it was made with equal rice.
It has a clear and refreshing taste.
