★★⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a ginjo-shu from Shigebari, but I didn't find it to be particularly distinctive. It is a refreshing ginjo-shu with a little bit of alcohol. There seems to be no need to choose a ginjo-shu from the range.
★★★★⭐️⭐️
Purchased at Asama Sake Brewery's souvenir center.
I felt a little bit of thinner, but it was not unpleasant and did not bother me too much.
The taste is light and honest.
However, the price is about 1,900 yen, so it is a little unattractive.
★★★★★
I didn't hesitate to buy Miyakanbai sake when I saw it at my usual liquor store.
I heard it is read as Sanmai Hashi.
I opened this one when I finished the rice wine.
It was impressive.
In one word, it is "mellow.
It has a smooth entry with a hint of muscat, a mild and silky rice flavor, a hint of wasanbon, but also a crisp and clear taste.
As a whole, it is mellow from start to finish.
There is no alcohol or thinner, no unpleasant sourness, no overly fruity or sweet elements.
Miyakanbai is still delicious.
I have no complaints about it and give it 5 stars.
Tasake's Nebuta label.
It has purity and elegance in its strength and juiciness.
It is full-bodied, yet easy to drink.
Tasake is delicious after all.
It is a taste that can be enjoyed by everyone.
No wonder it is so popular.
The only problem is that it is a bit expensive.
★★★★⭐️⭐️
This is a sake from Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido.
The juicy, passion fruit-like flavor with a hint of sourness spreads powerfully with a slight earthy aroma and the delicious taste of rice.
This sake is made from Kitashizuku.
There was a time when I was addicted to Kamikawa Taisetsu and Tokachi's Kitashizuku, and I remember how Kitashizuku tasted like.
It is not a floral variety, but silky, elegant, noble, and powerful.
The Sanzen Sakura itself has an image of being somewhat sweet, and the label of the sake store where I bought it had a comment that it reminded me of a sweet sake, but the moment I put it in my mouth, I only felt a little sugar, and I thought it was not a sweet sake.
I gave it a rating of 3, but it was delicious.
I would like to try Sanzen Sakura in the future when I find it.
★★★★⭐️⭐️
This is Yuu from Nagai Honke Sake Brewery.
It is different from Nagai Shuzo in Kawaba, such as skunk cabbage, and it is Nagai Honke's sake in Numata.
This is a juicy sake with a core that is completely different from the Mizubasho.
It seems to be hard to find outside of Gunma Prefecture, so I would like to compare Nagai Shuzo's and Nagai Honke's sake if I can find them.
★★★★⭐️⭐️
This is my second review of Basho Midori.
The last time I had this sake I raved about it, but this time I had a different impression from the last time.
I felt a sourness that bothered me, and when I looked back at my last review, I found that I had written something completely different, so I thought, "What is it? I thought. Is it the difference in temperature? This time I chilled it to about 17 degrees Celsius, but the label says 10 to 15 degrees Celsius is appropriate.
This time I chilled it to about 12 degrees Celsius. Then I felt the acidity with alcohol, which bothered me a little.
Was it a change in taste, a change in the sake, a difference in the fiscal year, or what was the cause?
★★★★⭐️
I drank it all before writing my comment and my memory is hazy on this review.
It is slightly sweet and well balanced. The label says it is 100% Kuzuryu. I should have tasted it more carefully since it was the first time I had tasted sake rice.
It was my first time to drink Sanzen Sakura itself, but I have the impression that it was delicious, so I will try it again.
★★★★⭐️⭐️
Juicy aroma of banana and passion fruit based on earthy aroma, rice flavor with a slight predominance of acidity. The aftertaste is refreshing.
I thought the lingering fullness with earthy aroma was characteristic.
I think it would go well with river fish dishes.
I decided to mark it with ★ from this time.
I'm sorry I can't describe it in detail because I left my comment after it was empty, but it was gently sweet and delicious.
I would like to try other kinds of spring deer.
I wanted to try the Junmai Ginjo, but it was sold out, so I bought the Special Junmai.
When the bottle was first opened, it was crisp and bubbly. After the bottle was opened, the bubbles were crisp and bubbly, but after it settled down, it had a muscat aroma, a slight sweetness, a strong rice flavor, and a crispness at the end.
At first, I could taste banana flavor, but after it settled down, it was muscat.
It is a Kamikigen version of Kamikigen's Kame-no-o version.
It is a draft sake, but it was so impressive right after the bottle was opened that we had high expectations that it would become even better once it settled down a bit, but it went in a slightly different direction.
It has a fruity and slightly sweet taste of muscat immediately after opening the bottle, and then the umami of rice spreads out in a flash. The atmosphere was similar to that of Tasake Junmai Ginjo, so I thought it was a good value at this price.
After settling down a bit, it drastically changed to a thick, robust, rich sake with a thick core.
It changed from a feminine sake to a masculine sake.
This is interesting, but I would have preferred a refined version of the first impression.
It is said to be a limited brew of 1500 bottles.
It was a sake from an unknown brewery, but when I told the owner about my preference, he recommended this one.
It is very delicious!
Very full and gentle, juicy but not too juicy, slightly sweet, refreshing but also powerful.
I'm a definite repeat customer and would like to try the other drinks.
I found Bunraku with a pink label and did not hesitate to buy it.
It is a perfect sake for this season with its freshness and slight sweetness while retaining the Bunraku character.
The pink label is also very spring-like.
I am sure I will repeat this sake next spring.
Slightly sweet, slightly melon, silky and smooth, it is the perfect drink for the spring season.
Personally, I feel that it will relax and heal my tired body due to pollen and temperature changes.
It is a product limited to Yamagata Prefecture.
This is the first time I have had Kamikigen.
It is quite rich.
In many cases, the sake tastes better when the bottle has cooled down a bit than when it is first opened, but I think this sake tasted better when the bottle was first opened.
Is it my imagination?
I was impressed by the taste when the bottle was first opened, but the next day I was not impressed anymore.
Drunken Sake is one of my favorite sake breweries.
The characteristic of the sake here is dusty and mellow.
I like this feeling.
I have been supporting them since after the reconstruction.
I recommend it.
From melon flavor to slightly juicy passion fruit, through sweetness to rich rice flavor.
The transition of flavors is easy to understand, just like spring, summer, fall, and winter, and all the flavors are robust.
It is very tasty.
However, if I were to give a personal evaluation, I would say that it is a sake that is easy to understand and everyone will think it is delicious, but it gives the impression of being a bit noisy. The price is also a bit high at 2,800 yen, so I would not adopt a different option at this price point.
