うなろー
It is a Kamikigen version of Kamikigen's Kame-no-o version.
It is a draft sake, but it was so impressive right after the bottle was opened that we had high expectations that it would become even better once it settled down a bit, but it went in a slightly different direction.
It has a fruity and slightly sweet taste of muscat immediately after opening the bottle, and then the umami of rice spreads out in a flash. The atmosphere was similar to that of Tasake Junmai Ginjo, so I thought it was a good value at this price.
After settling down a bit, it drastically changed to a thick, robust, rich sake with a thick core.
It changed from a feminine sake to a masculine sake.
This is interesting, but I would have preferred a refined version of the first impression.
