Junmai Ginjo from Miyakanbai. This review is a comparison with Miyakanbai's Junmai Daiginjo Luxury.
The first one was thicker and heavier, so this one is more mild in comparison. The lighter weight made it easier to feel the subtle changes in flavor.
Juicy, slightly sweet, earthy aroma, and fullness of rice flavor.
However, as a genre, I think it is more on the pale side.
It is a well-balanced sake with a variety of changes in its lightness.
It is a gorgeous sake that allows you to enjoy the changes in taste.
The quality is as good as ever. I guess it comes down to whether you prefer Junmai Daiginjo or Junmai Ginjo. However, both have a delicious taste that is hard to throw away, so we can't give a military preference.
