★★★★⭐️⭐️ This is a sake from Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido. The juicy, passion fruit-like flavor with a hint of sourness spreads powerfully with a slight earthy aroma and the delicious taste of rice. This sake is made from Kitashizuku. There was a time when I was addicted to Kamikawa Taisetsu and Tokachi's Kitashizuku, and I remember how Kitashizuku tasted like. It is not a floral variety, but silky, elegant, noble, and powerful. The Sanzen Sakura itself has an image of being somewhat sweet, and the label of the sake store where I bought it had a comment that it reminded me of a sweet sake, but the moment I put it in my mouth, I only felt a little sugar, and I thought it was not a sweet sake. I gave it a rating of 3, but it was delicious. I would like to try Sanzen Sakura in the future when I find it.
