This is a Nambu Bijin Ginjo-shu. I am not a big fan of ginjo-shu, but this one was delicious. However, I would buy Junmai-shu if I were to buy Nambu Bijin.

It is delicious! Melon flavor, wasanbon, elegant rice flavor, and a hint of terroir. It is a little sweet, so there are different tastes, but even though I like light and dry tastes, I would like to repeat this one. Perhaps a slightly sweeter sake would be more suitable for this spring season.

It is delicious! The brewery seems to be in the trial-and-error stage, but I have the impression that they are making sake with great care and attention. It is difficult to describe, but the rice, soil, water, and terroir, or perhaps I should say the terroir, have a unique flavor that is rooted in the region, and the Yamada-Nishiki and the terroir of Fukushima give it a unique flavor. I was very impressed with this sake in the sense that I could feel the depth of the sake brewing process. Please note that this sake is a bit rough when first opened.

Kamotsuru Junmai Namaisai This is a full-bodied, rich sake. It also has a warmed sake-like flavor. Although it is a full punch sake, it is easy to match as a mid-meal drink. It was not a relaxing sake. It is not a relaxing sake. People who like rich sake will like it.

It is a very good sake. It is a Junmai Daiginjo at this price, so it is very cosy! I accidentally emptied it without writing a comment. Good sake runs out fast, doesn't it? I will buy some more and leave a detailed comment then.

100% Miyamanishiki. The clear water, subtle melon, muscat, and passion fruit flavors, and the delicious taste of Miyamanishiki supported by a moderate acidity. The label looks like a wine-type sake, but it is a proper sake. But I am sure that winey sake lovers will also like this sake. I don't think anyone would find this sake to be a disappointment.

Steady deliciousness. I finished it in no time. The deliciousness of the water, like a clear stream, and the rich, fine rice flavor swells from the faint melon flavor. Junmai Daiginjo is even more mellow than Junmai Ginjo. Kitayuki, Bon, Tsururei, and Hakkaizan are all sure to be a good choice.

It is a lemon-flavored white wine. It is quite sour. The sourness is supported by the powdery rice flavor, but the lemon sourness is so strong that you swallow it before you notice any change in flavor. If you reduce the amount in your mouth to a small amount, the sourness seems a little less pronounced and you can feel the original performance of this sake. However, it is a bit different from the clear, dry, snow-melt-like clarity and freshness described on the label. If this acidity represents the image described, it means that this brewery and I have completely different images of the same phrase.

Conversely, sake fans are surprised that sake fans don't buy it, since Kamizen is available at any supermarket. This time it is a new Junmai Ginjo. I recommend this one! Please think you have been tricked and try it. It is completely different from the usual Kamizen. It is easy to understand and delicious, so it is suitable for everyone, even for women and sake beginners, and everyone will think it is delicious. It has a fruity and juicy tropical flavor from the moment it enters the mouth, and the original, yet elegant rice flavor of sake spreads in a well-balanced, rich, and milky way supported by the juiciness. It also has a long aftertaste. Kamizen has an image of being too light and delicate, but this one has a strong flavor. Each flavor has a very clear outline. I wrote that it is fruity and juicy, but the main thing is the umami of the rice. The way it expresses the umami of rice is excellent, so even those who do not like fruity wines should give it a try. It is also a perfect gift for those who are not sure if they like sake or not. The only caveat is that it is a draft sake.

Thinner and hotter strains. I don't like this type of sake. I can't help but feel that this strain of sake tastes like old sake, or cup sake. I thought I would like it because it was described on the label as "Umami x Light", but I guess I was wrong. It went well with sukiyaki. I think it goes well with strong flavored dishes.

Muscat aroma, slight sweetness, moderate acidity, soft rice flavor, and a long aftertaste. It is both light and mellow, and has a very good balance in all aspects. What is also noteworthy is that it goes well with most dishes. It is a very good sake that does not interfere with food at all, yet it is still delicious. It is a well-calculated sake.

In the mouth, it has a slight sweetness of wasanbon, a smooth powdery feel, and the umami of rice spreads modestly. It is a Japanese confectionery. However, it is not a sweet sake. It is light and dry with a hint of wasanbon flavor. It was delicious.

Every year around this time, I buy Echigo-Tsumari, and this year is no exception. It is delicious. Echigo dekoro is a sure thing. Compared to Hakkaisan, it is much mellower, It has a mild sweetness, a muscat aroma, and a full flavor. Terroir. It is a relaxing and calming wine. It is a wonderful sake.

This is Masumi's raw unblended sake Arabashiri. It is full-bodied, full-powered, and full-flavored with the No. 7 yeast. Masumi has a wide range of sake styles, from crisp to full-bodied, even within the same Masumi brand. This one was full power to the point of overpowering.

Clear, clear water, a hint of earthy terroir. The aroma of muscat, juicy sweetness and acidity, and the flavor of rice spread out, supported by a juicy foundation. It is as if all these flavors continue to the end with the same thickness, and rather than the flavors shifting and changing, each part is added to the others until they finally come together in a grand chorus. It was a very powerful sake. It is the kind of sake that makes you want to keep up the good work in the new year. It is a sake that is truly Tasake, but I also thought it was a bit different from the image of Tasake. It is made from 100% Hwasoi.

Delicious! It has a light yet elegant and gorgeous aroma that is not too assertive, with hints of muscat, lemon, and a hint of passion fruit, and the flavor and mildness of Gohyakumangoku spread gradually. This is an excellent sake with no waste and very well balanced. I would like to try many other sake from the Kazuma Brewery! I would like to try many other sake made by the Kazuma Brewery. Lately, I have been so busy that I have only been able to buy sake that I can buy at the supermarket, and I have not been able to find any sake that I find delicious, so I have gradually drifted away from sake.

It has a sour and fruity taste, similar to white wine. However, after the white wine-like taste, the umami of Sakekomachi gradually comes out. I don't like to drink white wine-like wine, but I think I like it well in this genre.

I bought this sake because I thought it was unusual. I imagined it to have a mildly sweet taste and thought it would be a relaxing saké to drink at night when I was tired, but it was totally different. It is a sake with a strange sourness. It did not have the peachy aroma or freshness on the label, and tasted like cheap sake that had deteriorated.
