I wanted to try the Junmai Ginjo, but it was sold out, so I bought the Special Junmai.
When the bottle was first opened, it was crisp and bubbly. After the bottle was opened, the bubbles were crisp and bubbly, but after it settled down, it had a muscat aroma, a slight sweetness, a strong rice flavor, and a crispness at the end.
At first, I could taste banana flavor, but after it settled down, it was muscat.
