Kuroryu - Thank You Bottle Clear green apple-like aroma 🍏. Sweet but refreshing. I was impressed by the spiciness and bitterness, and the lingering aftertaste is long and strong. I was under the impression that Kuroryu was spicy and tasty, but I learned another lesson✨.

Three days after opening the bottle. The aroma is still the same, like melon🍈. The sweetness is still voluminous when you drink it. The taste is moderate and goes through to the nose. The bitterness that you can feel in place of the sweetness. The balance of the sharpness. It is so delicious that you want to drink it again without getting tired of it until the end of the bottle.

Houou Mita Mikumari Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu Psh, when you open the bottle. Full of gas 🤗. The aroma is like a gorgeous white grape. The first thing that jumps out at you when you drink it is the gassy feeling. It's like drinking cider in some way. It is sweet, but the sweetness is rather short, followed by bitterness and umami.... Still, there is a refreshing aftertaste at the end. Yes, it is definitely delicious.

It is not a sake in terms of genre, but... Rice and Agave Kosake Hanakaze Craft sake made with rice, rice malt, and hops. When poured into a glass, it has a beer-like color 🍺. The aroma is full of hops and gorgeous. Sweet and fine gas, lychee-like and hoppy. The 14% alcohol content does not bother me at all. As you continue drinking it, it starts to feel like a beer (laugh). The aftertaste is also long and hoppy. It seems to be addictive.
