Tasake Junmai Daiginjyo 40%-5% Koshiro Nishiki
The aroma is gorgeous and muscat-like.
When you drink it, the richness, umami and sweetness spread.
After that, the bitterness is felt and then the umami comes again.
The aftertaste is short and sharp.
The flavor seems to increase with each sip.
Aroma like ripe apples.
When you drink it, you can taste its mellow flavor and gasiness.
The taste is more bitter than acidic, but it disappears quickly and leaves a short aftertaste.
I felt that I could taste the deliciousness of the exhibited specifications.
Today is the Mid-Autumn Moon...
I went home while looking at the beautiful moon.
I thought I was going to have a beer, but...
Dosun...
What? What?
The sake fell out.
It looks like there is a line on the bottle...
I opened the bottle because I'm not in the mood to open it.
I'm glad it wasn't broken😆.
Thanks to that? I can drink it while it's fresh though 👍.
First autumn sake 🍁.
Akabu Amber Junmai Ginjo
Fruity and rummy? Somewhat calming aroma.
Sweet and gassy. Full-bodied, yet refreshingly mellow.
Gentle and relaxing to forget the fatigue of the day.
Perfect for the Mid-Autumn Moon.
Muscat-like aroma.
Firm taste. When you feel the umami, is the bitterness next? I think the sweetness comes later and the refreshing aftertaste seems to disappear.
Really delicious 🥰.
Snow Kayasha Production number sake Daiginjo
I bought this sake when I bought Hanayo.
I tend to drink junmai sake myself, but this is a rare ginjo-shu.
It has a very gorgeous pineapple-like ginjo aroma.
When you drink it, you can feel its sweetness and depth. The aftertaste is refreshing despite the sweetness and depth. It is well-balanced and I would like to repeat it.
Fruity and floral aroma.
It has a gentle taste. It has a sweet taste, but as you drink it, you may feel it is somewhat spicy...
I think I will discover something new every time I drink it!

The ginjo aroma is gorgeous and fruity.
When you drink it, the sweetness and umami come and go with a short aftertaste that quickly fades away.
It is very refreshing and easy to drink sake.
Fruity, pear-like ginjo aroma.
It somehow calms the mind.
The acidity and sweetness are refreshing. And umami.
As one would expect from a brewery that I have always wanted to try.
It is definitely delicious.
The fridge wasn't getting very cold...
I opened and closed the bottle more than 10 times before opening it because it is a sparkling wine.
The aroma is fruity and lactic acidic.
Slightly sweet with a hint of sourness.
The popping feeling is nice and fresh.
Fruity and refreshing aroma.
The image of kijoshu is that of a rich, sweet sake.
But while it is rich and sweet, it is refreshing and easy to drink.
I felt that the sweetness and umami increased as the temperature changed little by little after taking it out of the refrigerator.
Fruity yet vanilla-like ginjo aroma.
A solid gasiness. It is sweet and slightly acidic.
The umami (flavor) of the rice can be felt well.
It has the image of a sake with a strong character.
Of course, it is very delicious.
I opened the package yesterday and it's been two days.
The aroma seems to be more like white peaches.
When I drank it, I thought it was more sake-like.
The balance is good, so it is really delicious.
Hanamup Junmai Sake Rikuwada
The aroma is gorgeous, elegant, and white peach-like. The sweetness, umami, and acidity spread smoothly as you drink it. Still, it is not too sweet and well balanced. It has a short aftertaste. It will make you want to drink it sooner than later 😍.

Hououmida winecell sparkring Junmai Ginjo
Sake made with wine yeast 🍶.
Fruity ginjo aroma like green apple.
No alcohol at 16%, probably due to the wine yeast.
The taste of rice, sweetness, and acidity. It has a refreshing feeling like a white wine.
Delicious 🥰.
I opened a bottle and left it for 3 days.
I think the aroma and gasiness has calmed down a bit.
The sweetness and umami are still the same 😊.
It's really delicious!
Next year? I think liquor stores still have some in stock. I'm not sure...
