I opened the bottle without reading the warning so it got mixed up as soon as I opened the bottle (^^;;
I was going to drink only the supernatant at first because it was lightly cloudy...
When I drank it, it was delicious with a slightly bitter rice flavor like Omachi and a refreshing sharpness like a sparkling wine.

It had a fruity, apple-like taste with a slight effervescence.
It had a good acidity and a delicious rice flavor.

The one I found at a liquor store I frequent and was waiting for an opportunity to drink it.
It is a junmai ginjo, but the barrels used for aging seem to be those used for wine, and as the name Rum Raisin 2nd suggests, it has a unique aroma of raisins and plums combined with the unique aroma of wine, which is indescribable and has a unique aftertaste.
It had a fruity berry sweetness and a heavy sweetness like wine, so I think it would go well with Western-style rice.
It was limited to one barrel, so I doubt I'll ever find the same one, but if I find something similar again, I'd like to give it a try.
If you like wine as well, you should definitely try it when you find it!

I've been curious about the Wind Forest series for a while.
I found it and bought it instantly! I've been waiting for a chance to drink it.

This is the first time for me to drink this sake rice, but I really can't tell how fruity it is with 80% polished rice.
