Another sake rice one of the delicious hot sake ones I drank before. Junmai nigori, which means it has a sweet taste It has a sweetness and a sharpness to it. I only drank it warmed, but I think it's a bit more rounded. Delicious!

a gift It was the first time I had ever had a fresh one in Honjozo. The mouthfeel is like mint? I've never had it before, but it's interesting. I think it leaves a little bit of a cloying taste at the end.
