月輪檜扇This year's sparkling draft bought at my favorite liquor store It was so good last year that I bought two bottles this year. This year's bottle was more carbonated than last year's. I couldn't get it to stay carbonated when I opened it. I couldn't stop the carbonation when I opened it. I enjoyed it this year, too.

月輪檜扇The limited edition one I bought at the event. Just the fact that it's a light nigori draft makes me want to drink it. The taste is stable as Yamada-Nishiki, and I knew it would be delicious raw!

月輪檜扇I bought this when I was in Kobe. I bought it thinking it was local sake, but I realized later that it was made with Hakutsuru Nishiki. I felt the same lingering taste as the Hakutsuru I drank the day before. The label is nice and spring-like☆.

月輪檜扇The one I bought when I went to Kobe. I couldn't decide which pattern to buy because of all the different types of chiyogami on the front. The aroma is fruity and nice while it is fire-roasted. The taste is rather strong. It was delicious!

月輪檜扇I was wondering about Kuheiji for hot sake. I first tried it cold, and it was delicious and fruity! Then I heated it up... it's delicious! It's like this is what it tastes like when it's heated up!

月輪檜扇Two rabbits in a barrel bought at the event. It was the first time for me to taste the barrel one, but I found it to be very sour. The aftertaste is like a white wine.

月輪檜扇Another sake rice one of the delicious hot sake ones I drank before. Junmai nigori, which means it has a sweet taste It has a sweetness and a sharpness to it. I only drank it warmed, but I think it's a bit more rounded. Delicious!
