Encountered at Japan Meat where I went camping and bought some stuff.
On the way home, I stopped by again to buy some more!
I was impressed with the Mimuro Cedar I opened the other day, but I think I like this one better because it's more refreshing... fruity...
I've recently been trying some sake I learned about from watching saké sabots, and this one might be the best ever!
It's not even sweet, but it's refreshingly fruity, with a slight gassy feeling, and it leaves you feeling refreshed and impressed afterwards!
Well balanced with some acidity and moderate sweetness
Easy to drink
I've never had such a mellow feeling even though it is a daiginjo!
I want to drink another one!
It's been a while since I've had a doshy mouthfeel.
I've been craving a fresh gas feeling lately, so I thought this could be it.
I'm not sure if I'll drink it again! I bought a book on sake today, so I'll be looking for my favorite and drinking it!
I've recently been into raw sake so much that I bought some, but this one has that indescribable feeling when you put it in your mouth and in the middle of it, it's not bad, but it's just not good enough for the next time.
I recently found a liquor store with a nice owner who gave me a recommendation for a gassy sake.
This one is delicious too!
Maybe it means my taste is of this type!
Sake Brewery on the way back from Kusatsu Onsen? I bought it at a sake brewery on the way back from Kusatsu Onsen.
I've recently been into raw sake, and this one tastes great, too!
Sake that my senior prepared for my boss's retirement celebration when I joined the company.
He bought it for me when I told him I've been into raw sake lately. This is shockingly delicious. Please drink it. You will be rather impressed when you open it.
Junmai Daiginjo, a raw sake that I've recently been getting into and have been wanting to try!
Easy to drink as I imagined, but maybe not enough...
I'm not sure I'd drink it a second time.
This is the first time I have tasted fresh stored sake, but I can't really tell the difference.
I wonder if there is such a thing as a daiginjo of fresh-stored sake, which is very tasty. I'll check later.
I won't buy this one myself next time.
First post of the New Year
Souvenir from Okayama given to me by a junior colleague last year.
It is much easier to drink and goes down smoothly.
I'll try to make it easier to understand when I look back from this year, and also mention whether or not I want to buy and drink it myself again.
I don't have to buy this one myself.
