I've recently been into raw sake so much that I bought some, but this one has that indescribable feeling when you put it in your mouth and in the middle of it, it's not bad, but it's just not good enough for the next time.
I recently found a liquor store with a nice owner who gave me a recommendation for a gassy sake.
This one is delicious too!
Maybe it means my taste is of this type!

This is the first time I have tasted fresh stored sake, but I can't really tell the difference.
I wonder if there is such a thing as a daiginjo of fresh-stored sake, which is very tasty. I'll check later.

Souvenir from Okayama given to me by a junior colleague last year.
It is much easier to drink and goes down smoothly.
I'll try to make it easier to understand when I look back from this year, and also mention whether or not I want to buy and drink it myself again.
