This is the first time I have tasted fresh stored sake, but I can't really tell the difference. I wonder if there is such a thing as a daiginjo of fresh-stored sake, which is very tasty. I'll check later. I won't buy this one myself next time.

First post of the New Year Souvenir from Okayama given to me by a junior colleague last year. It is much easier to drink and goes down smoothly. I'll try to make it easier to understand when I look back from this year, and also mention whether or not I want to buy and drink it myself again. I don't have to buy this one myself.

Enjoyed it at dinner at Hotel Weiss where we stayed! It's been a while since I've had a Daiginjo, but it was easy to drink and went great with rice. The next day I bought a new Akishibori from this brewery, so I am looking forward to drinking it again!

A few bottles of recommended rice wine left at a sake brewery we stopped at on our trip to Kanazawa. Tastes like it would be quite popular with women! Too easy to drink and dangerous!

Purchased at a sake brewery we happened to stop by when staying in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. I also bought this and a bottle of rice wine, which I've been looking forward to since my wife's breastfeeding. The color is dark and the aroma is strong, the moment you put it in your mouth, you get a buzz, but after that it's easy to drink!

Enjoyed a drink at a restaurant near the office with senior company members, where there is a lot of sake I don't remember most of the flavors, but I do remember that everything was delicious! The rice was good, too.
