Euphoric from the moment you put it in your mouth.
You can taste all the complex flavors.
While the umami is strong, it also has sweetness, a bitterness typical of Japanese sake, and a piquant sensation. The balance is so good that it can be enjoyed even during a meal. But it is also good enough to be enjoyed as it is.
I don't like bitterness that much, but it is more than compensated for by the other umami.

When I opened the bottle, I smelled the aroma of Yamahai, and since I don't like the strong Yamahai flavor, I wondered if it was a failure. But when I drank it, the aroma was unique and had the aroma of a wooden vat, while the crispness of the raw sake made my mouth water. You're good at it...!

After one day, the flavor has dropped off horribly.
Not only has the pizzazz gone, but it tastes like it's all gone. Well, it's a shame, because it was so delicious that I was impressed!

This is a very tasty sake with a special jun (55% milled rice). (Though the rice polishing is only 55%.) I could appreciate the taste of Hirotogawa once again.
The amino acid flavor spreads with an elegant sweetness, and it smoothly blends with the tongue with a sharpness. Although it does not have much alcohol, it is recommended as a mid-meal sake or as a sweet sake to be drunk later in the day.

Sweet and fruity. Melon-like.
However, it is sticky-sweet, and although it is a dessert type, it somehow does not leave a rich taste in the latter half of the bottle. Although the sweetness is felt on the tongue, it does not remain by the time the drink is finished in the throat, which is strange.
Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of nama sake lately and prefer something fresh, but I feel a little underwhelmed. I wonder if it would be good if there was a fresh sake of this type?

This is my first time to try Yamahai. It tastes as good as ever!
The sweetness of Tasake is still there. The sweetness of tasake is still there, but you can't feel the yamahai feeling so much. Personally, I love it.

Delicious, but, hmmm, The ordinary.
Maybe it's because Akabu is so easy to drink and accept. Maybe it's because the recent boom in demand for something outlandish, even if it's ordinary, but it just seemed ordinary to me.
It is delicious enough, though.

It's cloudy, very beautiful and tasty.
However, it is not distinctive in either a good or bad way, so it is not disliked by anyone.
The fizziness and acidity are well balanced, so it is easy to drink and tastes good, but personally, if I had to choose a more unique something, I would like to have more of it.

I give it this score because I like it a lot in the dry category.
Overall rating is 4.0.
It is not just a gulp with a sharp taste, but it is not just a gulp with a sharp taste, but a clear taste. It's not a sharp, gutsy type, but it has a clear and refreshing taste, so you can drink it easily. It was the first time in a long time that I found a dry sake that I thought was delicious! As expected of Banshu Issen!

I would have given it a 4.0, but it has a slight bitterness to it, so that's a minus.
But it's delicious.
It's gassy and leaves an alcoholic taste in the throat, but it makes the palate feel clean. It's a shame that the bitterness remains on the tongue and throat.

A beautiful drink. If you like fruity, you will love this. It's not too sticky and it's great.
I bought it not knowing that this is now a famous sake. I'm sorry I missed it. There are still many sake that I don't know about.
Here's to the sake I've encountered!

It has a ginjo aroma that I like. It tends to appear in nama sake, but this one has less of the overpowering aroma of nama sake and more of a thicker, but beautifully balanced aroma.
It is the first time in a long time that I have tasted such an elegant and well-balanced sake with such a distinctive flavor!
