3.9★★★★☆ Maybe I expected too much, but it's dry and has a strong alcohol taste and if it's not, it has a strong smell like a thinner smell. I don't want to think this is a characteristic of wooden vats. I've had the first edition, but it wasn't like this. I remember it was more mellow.

4.3★★★★☆ Unma. A low-priced version of Tasake's sake brewery. And it's aluzo-sweetened. It is sweet and elegant like a dessert sake. It's alsochu so I guess it doesn't lose its taste. It is too beautiful on the palate. I was impressed for the first time in a long time. Not a tart type, but a light, sweet, and elegant sake.

4.0★★★★☆ This sake has a strong sweetness, perhaps due to the characteristics of Nara Prefecture's first developed rice for sake brewing, called Nanadoro. There is a sweetness in the slight effervescence, but there is also a bitter taste that is somewhat unusual. Like grapefruit. It is a delicious sake to drink in the latter half of the season!

It was good, but it was sweet without much depth, and I didn't feel the crisp freshness of the sake, so it just felt like a sweet sake. Also, there was a slight alcohol taste, or rather, a feeling of alcohol only left in my throat without any depth, and it was a bit like dust, but not off. I'm a little disappointed, but it's not that I dislike it, so I give it this score. It's like a feather shop or something of that ilk...

4.2★★★★☆ It's a very nice wine! It's slightly sparkling and has a nice ogorigami nigori-style. It looks and feels like spring. It's what I wanted to drink today, so I couldn't resist the taste. It is fresh and tastes like rice, but not too sweet, and the fizziness makes it even more refreshing.

It has a strong alcohol taste and tastes like sake! It is a bit like sake. The umami was brought out, but I didn't feel the punch. I guess it can't be helped that it is a nama sake. I like nama-shu, but I found out again that I don't like nama-shu that much.

While the umami is strong, it also has sweetness, a bitterness typical of Japanese sake, and a piquant sensation. The balance is so good that it can be enjoyed even during a meal. But it is also good enough to be enjoyed as it is. I don't like bitterness that much, but it is more than compensated for by the other umami.
