4.0★★★★☆ Maybe I was expecting too much, but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It was good, but it was sweet without much depth, and I didn't feel the crisp freshness of the sake, so it just felt like a sweet sake. Also, there was a slight alcohol taste, or rather, a feeling of alcohol only left in my throat without any depth, and it was a bit like dust, but not off. I'm a little disappointed, but it's not that I dislike it, so I give it this score. It's like a feather shop or something of that ilk...

4.2★★★★☆ It's a very nice wine! It's slightly sparkling and has a nice ogorigami nigori-style. It looks and feels like spring. It's what I wanted to drink today, so I couldn't resist the taste. It is fresh and tastes like rice, but not too sweet, and the fizziness makes it even more refreshing.

4.0★★★★☆ Not what I was in the mood for today, but delicious. It's not too strong, but not too sweet. Between rich and refreshing. (A little more richness?) It is more of a second half sake. It's more of a late-night sake, but you can enjoy it even during dinner.

3.9 ★★★☆☆☆☆ Yamamoto drinking comparison day The one with No.7 yeast has a little more habit. It has a slight smell like that of Yamahai. It is dark and robust. I was a little disappointed because I had an image that Yamamoto sells freshness, so I didn't expect it to be this thick. I didn't expect it to be this thick, which is a bit disappointing.

3.9 ★★★☆☆☆☆ Yamamoto Comparison Day Hmmm? Did Yamamoto taste like this? Maybe it's because the brewing process is different, but I didn't like it overall. The No. 7 yeast is easier to drink. It has a strong alcohol taste and tastes like sake! It is a bit like sake. The umami was brought out, but I didn't feel the punch. I guess it can't be helped that it is a nama sake. I like nama-shu, but I found out again that I don't like nama-shu that much.

4.2★★★★☆ Euphoric from the moment you put it in your mouth. You can taste all the complex flavors. While the umami is strong, it also has sweetness, a bitterness typical of Japanese sake, and a piquant sensation. The balance is so good that it can be enjoyed even during a meal. But it is also good enough to be enjoyed as it is. I don't like bitterness that much, but it is more than compensated for by the other umami.

4.1★★★★☆ When I opened the bottle, I smelled the aroma of Yamahai, and since I don't like the strong Yamahai flavor, I wondered if it was a failure. But when I drank it, the aroma was unique and had the aroma of a wooden vat, while the crispness of the raw sake made my mouth water. You're good at it...! 3/4 3.9 ★★★☆☆☆☆ After one day, the flavor has dropped off horribly. Not only has the pizzazz gone, but it tastes like it's all gone. Well, it's a shame, because it was so delicious that I was impressed!

4.2★★★★☆ This is a very tasty sake with a special jun (55% milled rice). (Though the rice polishing is only 55%.) I could appreciate the taste of Hirotogawa once again. The amino acid flavor spreads with an elegant sweetness, and it smoothly blends with the tongue with a sharpness. Although it does not have much alcohol, it is recommended as a mid-meal sake or as a sweet sake to be drunk later in the day.

4.0★★★★☆ Sweet and fruity. Melon-like. However, it is sticky-sweet, and although it is a dessert type, it somehow does not leave a rich taste in the latter half of the bottle. Although the sweetness is felt on the tongue, it does not remain by the time the drink is finished in the throat, which is strange. Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of nama sake lately and prefer something fresh, but I feel a little underwhelmed. I wonder if it would be good if there was a fresh sake of this type?

3.9 ★★★☆☆☆ It's cloudy, very beautiful and tasty. However, it is not distinctive in either a good or bad way, so it is not disliked by anyone. The fizziness and acidity are well balanced, so it is easy to drink and tastes good, but personally, if I had to choose a more unique something, I would like to have more of it.
