Sweet! It's delicious! Elegant and rich in aroma.
It is a taste that makes your mouth happy.
It is not a food wine, but a luxurious taste that you want to drink by itself.

Is it raw sake? It is so thick and fresh.
It has a gorgeous flavor that is typical of Omachi.
It is quite rich, so if you use it as a food sake, it may kill the food.

Mmmm, delicious.
Pure Black is dry and light but has a strong umami flavor.
It has a cider-like aroma and a refreshing sweetness on the palate, yet it is crisp and refreshing. It is crisp and refreshing, but without the unpleasant feeling of alcohol. It has a high level of quality.

The sake is said to be -6.8 on the sake scale, but the second half of the bottle is very alcoholic and dry.
It is delicious. It's definitely delicious, but personally, I didn't find it appealing enough to be a premier sake this year either. As an Omachi lover, I was particularly disappointed that it did not bring out the best of Omachi. I would have liked to have felt at least a little more gorgeous on the palate.

Without a doubt, this sake is delicious.
The sweet flavor of Yamada-Nishiki and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but you can also enjoy the sake-like flavor of the sake that goes down your throat. It is an elegant sake. It was a gift, but I left it for a year before opening. The quality remained the same and it was great.

Kameizumi drinking comparison (2)
Junmai Daiginjo Harazake made with Kame-no-o.
It has the richness and density of a pure sake, with the sweetness of Kame-no-o spreading through the middle, and the pure sake-like flavor coming down your throat. You can feel the goodness of the rice.

Kaygetsu has a strong image of dry sake, but it is delicious with a nice nigori and the sweetness of the rice. Perhaps because the specs are elegant, it is less crisp.

Very sweet and current sake made with CEL24. The label is cute and looks good as a gift. It tastes like it would be popular with young people.
It has a strong dessert flavor that doesn't go well with food, but I personally like it.
CEL24 makes everything taste good and sweet, for better or worse.

All Nagano sake is delicious, but this one is much higher up the list. It's an active nigori. I was worried that it might lose its flavor after being stored for so long because I couldn't drink it during my pregnancy, but when I opened the package, it started to become active and remained so healthy that the mash came up to the top and almost spurted out. I was relieved to find that it had been stored in good condition. The quality was probably the same as when I bought it.
The taste is elegant and sweet like nigori sake, but with a hint of Nagano's sake flavor. Tonight I'm drinking it with cheese, but it also goes well with Western-style snacks. However, since it is a strong draft sake, it is not necessarily a bad match, but it goes better with strong flavored dishes. It is so mellow that if the snacks are light, the taste of this sake will be overpowered.

This is a Yamadanishiki, a different rice variety from the Hitogochiki we drank the other day. I honestly didn't feel it was that different from Hitogochiki, but it was delicious enough. It is delicious enough. You can feel the heavy flavor of the raw sake.

Shinshu Kamerei is all good to begin with.
After a period of gestation, I kept the raw sake for almost two years.
Of course, it was well preserved, but it still tastes fresh and has not lost any of its freshness. The taste is a little sweet and heavy, which is typical of nama sake. Hitogokochi is the rice variety used.
