4.1★★★★☆ When I opened the bottle, I smelled the aroma of Yamahai, and since I don't like the strong Yamahai flavor, I wondered if it was a failure. But when I drank it, the aroma was unique and had the aroma of a wooden vat, while the crispness of the raw sake made my mouth water. You're good at it...! 3/4 3.9 ★★★☆☆☆☆ After one day, the flavor has dropped off horribly. Not only has the pizzazz gone, but it tastes like it's all gone. Well, it's a shame, because it was so delicious that I was impressed!

4.2★★★★☆ This is a very tasty sake with a special jun (55% milled rice). (Though the rice polishing is only 55%.) I could appreciate the taste of Hirotogawa once again. The amino acid flavor spreads with an elegant sweetness, and it smoothly blends with the tongue with a sharpness. Although it does not have much alcohol, it is recommended as a mid-meal sake or as a sweet sake to be drunk later in the day.

4.0★★★★☆ Sweet and fruity. Melon-like. However, it is sticky-sweet, and although it is a dessert type, it somehow does not leave a rich taste in the latter half of the bottle. Although the sweetness is felt on the tongue, it does not remain by the time the drink is finished in the throat, which is strange. Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of nama sake lately and prefer something fresh, but I feel a little underwhelmed. I wonder if it would be good if there was a fresh sake of this type?

4.2★★★★☆ It has a ginjo aroma that I like. It tends to appear in nama sake, but this one has less of the overpowering aroma of nama sake and more of a thicker, but beautifully balanced aroma. It is the first time in a long time that I have tasted such an elegant and well-balanced sake with such a distinctive flavor!
