Kaygetsu has a strong image of dry sake, but it is delicious with a nice nigori and the sweetness of the rice. Perhaps because the specs are elegant, it is less crisp.

Very sweet and current sake made with CEL24. The label is cute and looks good as a gift. It tastes like it would be popular with young people.
It has a strong dessert flavor that doesn't go well with food, but I personally like it.
CEL24 makes everything taste good and sweet, for better or worse.

All Nagano sake is delicious, but this one is much higher up the list. It's an active nigori. I was worried that it might lose its flavor after being stored for so long because I couldn't drink it during my pregnancy, but when I opened the package, it started to become active and remained so healthy that the mash came up to the top and almost spurted out. I was relieved to find that it had been stored in good condition. The quality was probably the same as when I bought it.
The taste is elegant and sweet like nigori sake, but with a hint of Nagano's sake flavor. Tonight I'm drinking it with cheese, but it also goes well with Western-style snacks. However, since it is a strong draft sake, it is not necessarily a bad match, but it goes better with strong flavored dishes. It is so mellow that if the snacks are light, the taste of this sake will be overpowered.

This is a Yamadanishiki, a different rice variety from the Hitogochiki we drank the other day. I honestly didn't feel it was that different from Hitogochiki, but it was delicious enough. It is delicious enough. You can feel the heavy flavor of the raw sake.

Shinshu Kamerei is all good to begin with.
After a period of gestation, I kept the raw sake for almost two years.
Of course, it was well preserved, but it still tastes fresh and has not lost any of its freshness. The taste is a little sweet and heavy, which is typical of nama sake. Hitogokochi is the rice variety used.

It's been a year and a half since I've had sake.
I had to hold back after giving birth and breastfeeding my baby, but I finally lifted the ban.
What is this?
It may be the premier sake of premier sake, but it's too good.
Is it because it's been a while? No, it's not!
While you can taste the elegant sweetness, you can also feel the typical sake-like thirst-quenching sensation. It has a gentle sake flavor. Anyway, it is calm and has a beautiful umami aroma.

A bottle of this sake is 2,000 yen, which is a high cost.
It tastes like a normal dry sake, but it is dry with good flavor and delicious.
As one would expect from the Kanmei Sake Brewery!

Warmed sake. A little off, but I guess that's about it. It was a bit dry, but I guess that's about it.
All Omachi, but I couldn't taste that much sweetness.

This is another brand of the Jikin brewery. It has the same sweetness as Jikin, but I have the impression that the alcohol taste lingers in the latter half of the bottle, rather than the smoothness of Jikin. The difference between the highs and lows of the sweetness and the alcohol taste is a bit of a shock, so personally, it was tasty, but maybe not my favorite.

A limited edition sake that is only available once a year. I drank it because I hadn't encountered hiroki in a long time. Of course it was delicious, but I wonder if this level is increasing as more and more delicious sake is being made! I could feel the sweetness of orikara.

It tastes elegant and delicious.
It tastes a little sour and modern. I had the impression that it was a little sweeter in the past, but now I can taste the acidic flavor.

It's been a while since I've had this wine, but it's still really good.
It is well-balanced, sweet and fizzy, but also has a spiciness that goes well with food.
4.0★★★★☆
Dark, raw sake flavor, but you can tell it's a good sake.
It was freshly opened so it had a fizzy taste. It has a strong tangy taste that makes me wish I had some sake lees here. Well balanced.
3.9 ★★★☆☆☆
It is quite sticky sweet. I like sweet, but it was a little too sweet.
Only one tank of this sake is available, and it is a very limited edition sake. Okayama Asahi is edible rice? Is that why it is so sweet?
3.9 ★★★☆☆☆☆
It is indeed a rich and umakuchi type of sake.
The taste is a difficult line to follow, as one wrong move and it becomes a cheap sake. It's just barely in the right place!
