4.2★★★★☆ It has a ginjo aroma that I like. It tends to appear in nama sake, but this one has less of the overpowering aroma of nama sake and more of a thicker, but beautifully balanced aroma. It is the first time in a long time that I have tasted such an elegant and well-balanced sake with such a distinctive flavor!

4.0★★★★☆ It has a gentle taste that is uncharacteristic or out of character in a good way. Is it the potential of Gohyakumangoku? When I hear the name "Gohyakumangoku," I imagine a light and dry taste, but it is more of a sweet taste. However, because it is Gohyaku-mangoku, it tastes clean and light. But I really feel the sweetness is light now, like I think it will be drained out and become less tasty if I don't finish it in a day. The guy at the store said it had a slight fizzy feeling, but I didn't feel that much.
