ララの酒
At Chiba Inamaya on the way back to my single job, at the corner bar. 😋
It is quite dry and sharp. It also has a slight bitterness with a hint of orikiri. It is not sweet and refreshing, so it would be good as a mealtime sake, especially with fish. It reminded me of dry Sagaminada. 🐈️
It's named for autumn, but it's still hot and humid in Chiba. 😓
