I was attracted by its appearance and bought the label.
When I tried it, I found it to be a surprisingly robust sake despite being an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It has a fruitiness like muscat, and since it's a No. 6 yeast, it tastes like Shinsei's Lapis, but with even more gas and the goodness of Kaze no Mori.
It is easy to drink, with a clear, crisp, gaseous taste.
It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of sake with a package tag, but it is still very tasty.
