It has a fruitiness like muscat, and since it's a No. 6 yeast, it tastes like Shinsei's Lapis, but with even more gas and the goodness of Kaze no Mori.
It is easy to drink, with a clear, crisp, gaseous taste.
It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of sake with a package tag, but it is still very tasty.
It's a refreshing and delicious sake that doesn't interfere with food, unlike the more glamorous ones these days.
I also drank Tenbi with it, and both are delicious, but neither is as good as the other.
