Tonight's drink is Sogapert Efis.
Drinking Ilya Thornton, which I bought last winter and kept at -5°C all the time. Mmmm, super tasty.
I was able to buy a new bottle this year (I drove 40km one way by bicycle to the only store in Saitama prefecture where I could buy it. (I was quite tired on the way back because I had to buy other sake as well and carry two four-packs on my back.)
I started drinking.
Well, I'm happy to drink Jikkai at home!
It is unquestionably delicious. It has a perfect balance and a clear flavor. I love it.
Since it is a bottle, you can drink a lot of it.
This sake won first place in the Junmai Sake category of the SakeCompetition.
I saw the award ceremony on TV, and while watching it, I found it for sale on the Internet and bought it on impulse.
When I drank it, I thought it tasted so-so, well, the lot must have been different. I was a little concerned about the acidity.
This is my first Mikura. I got it from the hanpukai, and it's really good for a mealtime sake because it's so refreshing. It may be on par with Hakurakusei.
