Today's sake is "Abe", No.1 in Niigata Prefecture (and No.18 in Japan) on SAKETIME It is a modern style sake - I guess it has a characteristic acidity. It is delicious. The 6th generation brewer is a former employee of "Gurunavi" and I heard that this sake was made after thorough marketing. This "Abe" is specially made for the "Imadeya" hanpukai.

I applied for this sake directly at the brewery and waited over a year for it to arrive directly to me. It was worth the trip to the brewery in the mountains. This is the first time I've had it, and it's still a delicious sake.

Tonight's sake was a Kuroryu Daiginjo. It's not that expensive, but it's very tasty. I really feel that the level of sake is very high.

It's been a long time since I bought a four-pack, and this one was delicious. I drank it by itself slowly after dinner and it was delicious.

Hanpukai sake. Some time ago, I rode in the vicinity of Mikura on a bullvee (long-distance cycling)! The image of this sake is classical, but when I drank it, it was quite a modern sake, sweet and tasty.

Stable and tasty. I'd drink this S-type by itself, not with a meal. There was a sticker on the back of the bottle, so I peeled it off to see that the brewing vessel had been changed from a temperature-controlled tank to a wooden vat. Well, since it is printed directly on the bottle, I couldn't help but peel it off and take a look (^^)

It was Miyajima San's hanpukai sake (I think). I like the aroma. The balance of sweetness and acidity is unique and delicious. I enjoy discovering new things about the hanpukai.
