Genzai's raw sake, which I drank this year and had a great cosmetic experience.
The POP of Koyama Shoten described it as "like Tobiroki? I had high expectations.
As expected, the fresh, light sweetness typical of new sake and the gentle flavor of the rice spread out, and it was beautiful and delicious.

It has a fresh, clear, transparent mouthfeel with a fresh gasiness that is characteristic of Musical Instrument Masamune!
The elegant aroma is typical of Yamadanishiki, and the rice flavor is well-balanced with a sense of volume.
