It has been a long time since we have had a Musical Instrument Masamune.
It has a fresh, clear, transparent mouthfeel with a fresh gasiness that is characteristic of Musical Instrument Masamune!
The elegant aroma is typical of Yamadanishiki, and the rice flavor is well-balanced with a sense of volume.
The sake was as delicious as ever!
