Aroma is fruity and pineapple-like
Tastes like pineapple juice.
The sweetness is just right and the gasiness is strong, so it is fruity but crisp and refreshing.
It is a delicious sake 🥺.

Aroma is mild.
Taste is faintly lychee and malted rice
Taste is strong, and since it is 18 degrees, it is very tasty when drunk on the rocks.

The aroma is very refreshing melon🍈.
It is more gorgeous than Hirotogawa's other sakes.
Sweet and tasty, yet refreshing, with a fresh taste thanks to a little bit of gas.
The flavor is balanced and wonderfully delicious!
It will go well with any snacks...

The aroma is melon.
Elegant sweetness spreads, but it is quite dry and crisp,
It has a sake-like flavor and is suitable as a food sake.
It goes very well with sushi.
Delicious!

Aroma is subdued.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma and sweetness of koji-derived rhamnets spread.
It has sweetness, but it is sharp and does not leave a lingering aftertaste.
The alcohol content is a strong 17°, so you can feel the alcohol after drinking.
This is a sake that hits all the right notes for sake lovers...
It went very well with potato salad.
Thank you very much for the meal 🥺.

The aroma is sour and lactic acidic.
Taste: grapefruit-like sourness.
Lactic acidic silky taste and peach like taste.
Day 1 is pretty light, not much expansion of flavor. Not too much sweetness.
On the second day, the grapefruitiness fades and the peach-like fresh fruitiness and sweetness increases.
I'm sensing a bit of Amami in this one, and it's good!
Honestly, the first day is subtle, but it starts to blossom on the second day!
It is a delicious sake!

The aroma is subdued and the taste is light with a lactic acid taste, light sweetness and sourness.
The taste is lightly lactic acidic, with a light sweetness and sourness.
It is not flashy, but has a strong umami flavor.
It is delicious cold, and I personally enjoyed it lukewarm.
I did not feel the sake smell of heated sake at all, and felt a mellower umami flavor.
Went very well with dashi shabu.
I never get tired of it.
It's a bottle I'd like to always have on hand.

Taste is fresh pineapple🍍.
Sweet and sour with a gentle sweetness
But not too strong...
Perfect balance... too delicious...
I get tired of drinking the same pineapple-like Huayouyasui, but

Mild aroma.
Tastes like tropical fruits and lychee
Also tastes like lactic acid beverage.
The gasiness is strong.
On the first day after opening the bottle, I could taste a grapefruit-like acidity.
On the second day, the sourness became milder, and I personally prefer it on the second day.
It is sweet, but the gasiness, bitterness and astringency in the second half of the bottle keep me from getting tired of it.
I can drink as much as I want...
This is delicious 😍

Aroma is mild with a hint of white grape.
Taste is similar to Shinshu Kamerei.
Freshness is felt with a slight gassy sensation in the mouth.
The sweetness, sourness and bitterness are just right and delicious.
Although it is alky, you don't feel the alcohol taste at all...
It's more like a junmai sake, but you don't feel the alcohol taste at all.
This is delicious!

The aroma is mild.
The first taste is a little sourness, and the second taste is a mild rice flavor.
Mild but dry, with a refreshing finish in the second half, so you can continue drinking it without getting tired of it.
There is no fruit-like aroma or taste.
It is a type that is all about the delicious taste of rice.
There is a slight lactic acid taste.
Goes well with miso-based dishes.
It is a delicious sake!

Taste is clean and pineapple🍍.
Piney sweet and gassy with an immediate bitter taste.
Dry, clean and delicious 🥺.

The aroma is fruity and elegant, like lychee and pineapple 🥺.
The taste has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity, with a bit of chili and gasiness.
The bitterness and astringency afterwards are strong and characteristic.
Combined with that and the gassy feeling, I got the dry ginger feeling that the store owner mentioned...
It was very tasty 🥺.

The aroma is citrusy like kumquat and rich like honey... and a little tropical like pineapple...
When you put it in your mouth, it has a very smooth and fine texture.
The elegant sweetness and deliciousness spreads and finishes cleanly....
It is truly a sake that fits the words "fine" and "elegant"...!
A great experience... 🥺.

The aroma is mild
The mild flavor of the rice is well balanced with sourness and bitterness. The acidity is a bit berry-like.
It is not flashy, but it has just the right amount of umami and a very relaxing taste.
It is a sake that you can drink forever without getting tired of drinking.
I would like to always have this on hand in the fall...

The aroma is strongly fruity with pineapple and citrus. It is very gorgeous...
The taste is also fruity sweet and sour like pineapple. Very fresh...
The bitter acidity in the second half is very strong, so it's not too sweet, but it's very tasty and lingers...
Goes very well with oily meat dishes!
Thanks for the treat!

The aroma is mild.
It seems dry but also sweet, and in the second half, the bitterness and alcohol taste spreads out and quickly gets rid of it...
This is delicious!
It is a relaxing and soothing taste 🥺.
The aroma is of fresh white peaches...
When you put it in your mouth, it has an elegant sweetness like a white peach.
It tastes a little like dairy products.
It is quite sweet for a Kamerei, and has a long aftertaste.
The sense of gas is weak.
It is really elegant sweetness and the best taste.

The aroma is pale grapefruit and cider-like...
In the mouth, it has a fine sweetness, like that of wasanbon, and a citrusy freshness and bitterness.
Thanks to this bitterness, it is refreshing and you can drink as much as you want.
Well, this is delicious!
I could drink it by itself all the time...
Thank you very much for the treat.

The aroma is a bit fruity and grain-like.
In the mouth, the sweet, pineapple-like flavor spreads at first, but it soon gives way to a mild rice flavor and bitterness, and finishes with a strong sake-like sensation.
The alcohol content is high at 17%, and although it is very strong, the bitterness keeps it from lingering on the palate.
It is a very sake-like sake.
Thank you very much for your kindness.
