The taste is gorgeously sweet and the acidity is present but moderate...
The flavor and mellowness derived from the koji malt spread later.
The freshness is modest due to the fact that it is fire-aged and azed, but it is outstandingly delicious!

諏訪を散策中に立ち寄った酒屋で手に入れました！
「豊香」で有名な豊島屋が醸している神渡という低温熟成されたお酒です。
香りはとても穏やかで、ほぼ感じません。
口に含むと、メロンの様な上品な甘味を感じます…
酸味が少なく、全体的に角がとれた様な、とてもまろやかな味わいです。
舌触りもなめらかで「上質」という言葉がぴったりなお酒だと思います…
天ぷら蕎麦と合わせてみましたがとても美味しかったです🥺
酸味が少なくまろやかなお酒なので醤油系と合わせると間違いないかもしれません…
