It's Father's Day, so we got a little fancy sake! The aroma is fruity, pineapple-like with low acidity... The taste is gorgeously sweet and the acidity is present but moderate... The flavor and mellowness derived from the koji malt spread later. The freshness is modest due to the fact that it is fire-aged and azed, but it is outstandingly delicious! Aroma is gorgeously fruity Taste is pineapple and citrus with less acidity... It is cleaner and less acidic than the Special Junmai. Very, very tasty, but personally I prefer the special junmai! I found it at my favorite liquor store...! I didn't expect to find it there and was excited to buy it immediately 🥺. The aroma is mild and smells like koji-derived ramune... In the mouth it is fresh, rich, sweet and sour. The mild acidity makes it rich but not boring to drink. This is the best tasting... I paired it with stewed pork cubes and it went very well together.
