How is this Mt. Fuji in Yamagata? Fuji in Yamagata. It was introduced to me as a sake that goes well with tsukune, and it has a flavor that does not lose out when paired with rich food, and a taste that refreshes the inside of the mouth.
I drank it in hiya, and it was very refreshing and easy to drink, not unlike a ginjo-style sake. It doesn't have a sharp taste, so it goes well with anything!
I didn't know what you meant by fruity like banana or melon, but after drinking this, I understand!
It's a food wine that seems to go with everything (I had it with sushi)! (I had it with sushi)
