Murayu Akane Junmai Ginjo Hon Nama
This sake is hard to find due to the small number of bottles made. I had high expectations for this sake because I had heard that it is a Niigata sake that is not light and dry. The aroma is subtle. It is described as having an elegant sweetness like wasanbon, but perhaps because of my stupid tongue, I couldn't really taste it. It was faintly sweet and cut by sourness. It was delicious, but I didn't really like it.
