My favorite "Amego no Tsuki" hiyaoroshi. This time it is Hachitan (Senbon-Nishiki is sold out 😢) The mouthfeel is perfectly described as "light and refreshing". It has a nice light and pleasantly smooth taste with a hint of rice flavor. The water is so good that it goes down smoothly. I think I'm going to run out of this at once💦.
