Nice to meet you, "RoMan". And yet, here we are at ZEROMAN. A quick sip... sweet and fruity! From there, it's a light and refreshing drink that goes down smoothly. I thought it was a little sweet... There was a white grape just around the corner, so I tried pairing it with ❣️ and got the right ❣️ The wine has a slight gassy feeling and a pleasant aftertaste that lingers for a while. A pleasant aftertaste lingers. Pairing sweet sake with sweet things... I learned 😊. Oh! By the way, the four-pack was emptied in one sitting!

Nice to meet you. Let's start with Narukami. Today's entrée is fish cake from Kama Sakae and and salted squid with sea urchin from a fish shop in Otaru. A quick bite... The chiri-chiri-gassiness is very pleasant! It's called "super spicy" but it's clear and transparent. It's so clear and crisp. It's like a delicious food wine! It complements food well. It goes down easily just like a drink! Yucky stuff 😱.

Thank you for your comment. I was nervous when I drank it because of its reputation for being super-hot, but I personally found it to have a refreshing "Hakurakusei" like atmosphere. It was a good sake to complement food, not to show off the flavor of the sake.

Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery Limited edition sake at the brewery's "Kurabiraki" event We purchased 4 types of "Phantom Funakuchi". Finally, the last one... the first sip! First, a glass of the supernatant 🍶´- Chirichiri-gorgeous gassy adult cider! Oh, it's so good! The entire Funakuchi series is chili chili delicious! Then mix in some Ori and have a second gobble 🍶´-! Ahhhh, the taste of the Ginpu and the sake flavor is enhanced.... Also delicious... gulp it down! Oh ⁉️ finished the 4-pack in one go💦.

This is at Sake Masashi Doi Shoten in Asahikawa City. Kabishin Shuzo's tasting event was held at at a tasting event held by Kamishin Shuzo Doi Shoten in Asahikawa City. Shinshin" is a special order new sake Shiboritate Junmai Activated Nigori. 15 minutes to open the bottle. Fighting the bubbles and opening and closing the lid! The first sip is of course delicious! The floral and pleasant sweetness instantly goes down your throat... It goes down your throat... The deliciousness slowly rises in your mouth... If I were to compare it to an adult Calpis soda... A staple in our home Amego no Tsuki" Hakutsuru Nishiki A rare sake rice with low production...apparently. Right out of the fridge. A quick sip... No sweetness, but a clear, elegant and gorgeous taste that goes right down the throat. The aftertaste is also clear and elegant. It is a delicious sake. The taste changes when served at room temperature! I was informed that the taste changes when served at room temperature. I'll have to check again later... but I wonder if it will stay 💦.

Tonight's tipple is Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo Event Limited Edition Sake Phantom Funakuchi No.4" Comet from Shintotsukawa Town The first glass was just the supernatant... Freshly filled with a chili gas sensation. A refreshing sweetness that quickly fades away. (A little sweet for me). Second cup, mixing the cage... The sweetness disappears and it is chili chili. It's a deliciously light dry sake (not so dry as to be dry). It's so easy to drink, it's so good! I even added a lemon to the second half to make it more fashionable. Sure enough, I finished the bottle in one sitting💦.
