The aroma is mild and not too much 🤔The mouthfeel is smooth and light with a gentle sweetness and mild acidity 😊The taste is strong but disappears easily 😚👍. I bought this at the brewery's direct sales counter on my GW trip to Nagano! I had a great shopping experience with the courteous staff and went home feeling great! The aroma is what you would call "sake" with a hint of alcohol. It also has a grassy nuance. Immediately after taking a sip, there is a pleasant sourness that lasts until the end. Of course there is sweetness, but if anything, it is more umami. The bitterness is gentle at the end. It has a juicy atmosphere with acidity as if it is made from a sake yeast yeast. Kurosawa is a brewery that specializes in making sake from the "nama-hashiroshi," so I was convinced after drinking it that it was made from the "nama-hashiroshi. I was told at the brewery that the sake has an excellent balance of the four tastes of sweetness, flavor, acidity, and bitterness, and this is exactly what it tastes like. It has a good acidity, but it is not showy at all. It is a sake that goes well with any meal, and I am sure I will become a fan of Kurosawa Shuzo after drinking it. This is their regular product, so they are a brewery of extraordinary quality. It goes well with shime saba (mackerel), salty yakitori, grilled fresh onions, and omelettes! It goes with everything!

Purchased at a new roadside station in Yachiho Kogen. The brewery is located in the uppermost reaches of the Chikumagawa River. It is aged at a low temperature in an ice cellar and has a high alcohol content. When chilled, it has a mild flavor and spicy acidity, and when lukewarm, it has a spiciness and a sake-like aroma. It is a good sake that can be enjoyed all year round.

[First brand I've been able to drink in about 10 years👍] I got a bottle of Kiri-Tsukuba's light nigori nama-zake (unpasteurized sake) from a hometown tax payment. It is a popular brand that is consumed almost exclusively locally, but it appears that there was some new sake left from last year that will be shipped in December 2022. ✌️ Although it has been over a year, it has not lost much of its freshness with a slight effervescence, and on the other hand, it has a moderate calmness that is quite nice 😋. It has a sweetness, but the refreshing alcohol taste and crispness are the result of the aluzochu liqueur. Like last month's Onra, it's nice to be able to get a brand that is hard to find through hometown tax payment 😆.

Tonight, we have Kirizukuba Hatsushushibori Light Nigori from Urasato Shuzoten ✨ This one is popular with Ogawa yeast users. I was attracted by the combination of Ogawa yeast, Gohyakumangoku, and light nigori, so I bought it 😅. Let's start with the supernatant. It has a rich sweet aroma of muskmelon red flesh, which is typical of Ogawa yeast, and the taste is very delicious as if you bit into a whole muskmelon 😋 Also, although this sake is alky, there is no stinginess in the aftertaste at all, and the bitterness and spiciness show up and the balance is excellent 👍. The spiciness of the aftertaste is doubled when the lees are involved, making it a sake with a different expression. It is a fun sake 🤗.

Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.
