Hakurei was sold in the bargain section at the supermarket. I bought it by accident. It tasted clean and dry. It was a good purchase.

At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

2021/09/11 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Opened the bottle carefully with a little bit of crown. As soon as you open it, you can smell the fresh aroma of lactic acid. A gentle refreshing sweetness and then a dry feeling comes. It is a type of beer that can be drunk crisply until the end. Thanks to the low alcohol and strong carbonation It's so refreshing that I couldn't stop sipping it.

Toyokuni for a very long time. I didn't write it down, but they said it was bag-hung. It has a juicy flavor with a gentle sweetness that is very drinkable. This time I bought it at a tasting sale at a department store, but there are not many liquor stores in Kansai that carry it... Nakamura Sake-ten in Amagasaki or Youmeikan in Yokozutsumi? It tastes sweeter when it is taken out of the refrigerator and brought to room temperature.

Various summer liquors are now available. This time it was Fengkoku's summer sake. It was sunny this afternoon and the weather recovered, so I opened a bottle that had been well chilled in the refrigerator. It is a light nigori (light cloudy) sake. The label is white and empty on the surface, but when you shine a light on it from behind, a starry sky appears on the label. When the lees are mixed in, it looks foggy, and when the lees settle, it looks like a star-filled sky (Milky Way). At first it is too cold to smell much. The mouthfeel is light, and although it feels spicy on the throat, it has a light sweetness, followed by a grefle-like bitterness and a leesiness that is also combined with the flavor. The bitterness is pleasant and crisp, making it a delicious summer sake. Although it is a Fukushima sake, it is not too amateurish and can be drunk without hesitation.

Fruity and sweet aroma like pear...gasiness like only direct pumping can give.... Fresh...a moderate bitterness from the sweet taste typical of the Machida brewery...delicious enough to drink on its own...I'm sipping it with a side dish of assorted fish directly from the port of Yawatahama...it goes well with white fish! It is a light nigori 26BY of Iwo 🍶. First, cold sake. The top aroma is that of old chests 😂. In the mouth it has a hint of sweetness, but the aroma of old chests is strong😅. Next, warmed sake 🍶. When warmed, it smells like wet wood 😌. In the mouth it tastes a little acidic and the taste wasn't bad. Like the Chiyomusubi I had two drinks ago, nigori-style sake is said to be unsuitable for aging because the nigori part of the sake is altered and causes off-flavors. This is my first brand of sake: ❗️ A blend of Yumeko, Fukunoka and Omachi ‼️ I can't imagine what it tastes like🤔. No aroma, gentle taste but you can feel the richness as it passes down your throat❗️ It has no particular quirks and has a cohesive taste. I enjoyed drinking it 😊.

I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. I went to a restaurant whose name I remember for the first time in a long time. There are a lot of gingko nuts, so I chose the ones I don't think I would buy by myself. Oh, it's full and sweet.
