I heard a voice actor say that the sake of Yamaguchi Prefecture is delicious ottersai, but Toyo Bijin! So I bought it.
It's very dry, and the first sip is so spicy that it's hard to believe, but the aftertaste disappears quickly. Yes, it is indeed delicious. I want to drink the other ones too.

This is my first Toyo Bijin. I had drunk Yachiyo Shuzo's Room twice and wondered what kind of Toyo Bijin was in its class, but I happened to find it at a store I had been visiting for a while, so I bought it on the spur of the moment!
