For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

Something I got from a work colleague. Thank you 😊 Unfortunately, it was completely 'old', probably due to extremely poor storage conditions (at the dealership). It had a strong sense of rice, and I could feel a glimpse of the rich dry taste, but the aftertaste was so uncomfortable that I gave up after one glass. We decided to serve it as a cooking sake from now on.

Not much aroma but mild 💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is light and refreshing💕 It goes down smoothly💕 It has a nice sharpness to it💕The spiciness comes a little later but not unpleasant 👍 I think it's a food wine. #Hamamatsu# I went back to my parents' home in Hamamatsu during Golden Week. I left Tokyo around 3pm in the afternoon. Tomei Expressway had zero traffic jam 😯 Surprised 😆. It was good to move at the time to spend in the holiday resort 🤔. Arrived at my hometown and bought gyoza (dumplings) and sake (sake) at my parents' house. Knowing that "Hana no Mai" was waiting for me. I bought this sake and went home. It was very spicy 🤯 and bitter at first. Not bad 😅

Get it at "Marugoto Kochi" in Ginza, Tokyo❗️. I had never heard of this brand before, but it was delicious ❣️. The rice used was something from Kochi Prefecture. It has a fresh citrusy taste like a fresh sake, with a rich mouthfeel, but it goes down smoothly. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. If I had to say something, I would say that I would like a little more sweetness, but it is just right for light drinking.

Second day of Kochi Night. The cab driver told me that Hirome is good, but for bonito, I should go to Matsuri Jaya. He advised me to go to Matsuri Jaya for bonito, as it has a good selection of alcohol. So we went to Matsuri Jaya. At first, we started out with regular sake, just like a normal drinking party in Kochi. The staff at the restaurant recommended various temperatures for drinking. The first sake is Fujimusume, which I have never tried before. Slightly spicy and umami-guchi (flavorful), it was a perfect match for the thickly sliced salt cod roe. The special sake cup is also cute! But from here, I sank into the swamp of Kochi sake.

Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. Plus, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing at the end of the drink 🙂 I paired it with grilled fish and it goes well😇. It's a lost one in my book 👍

Limited Nama Sake Version The aroma is slightly alcoholic, and when you take a sip, a robust freshness spreads, with a slight bitterness that gives it a nice sharpness. In other words, it is delicious. Natsuda Fuyukura is a cosy, limited edition seasonal sake that I will be back next year! ☆☆☆☆
