Chiba Prefecture! There are many good sake! (I am not from Chiba Prefecture) Now, Inahana Sake Brewery. It is a small sake brewery in Joso Ichinomiya, but they do not sell their sake to outside customers! It may look like you are not allowed to enter the premises of the brewery, but you can enter without any problem. The sake we tried this time. At the moment of drinking, you may feel that the sake is a bit thin. But after a little while, the sake's delicious flavor and sweetness come to the surface! Interesting! It seems that this sake is not widely available, but if you have a chance to try it, please do so! There was also another sake that was twice as tasty if you shook the bottle after drinking it normally! I'll have to buy some next time,

🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

This sake is brewed by Umeshiki Yamakawa, a subsidiary of the major sake maker Hakutsuru Shuzo. In recent years, Hakutsuru Shuzo has purchased a number of breweries from across Japan. The Aomori-based brewer Momokawa, which uses Hakutsuru Nishiki, is also a subsidiary company of Hakutsuru Shuzo. Not much of an aroma, slight whiff of alcohol. Dry, watery and clean on the palate, with little umami and a slight alu taste. After drinking it, it has a light throat feeling with a faint sweetness. It is a standard shokuchu sake. For the snacks, we had stewed kalbi and root vegetables, mussel pickled in soy sauce, chili bonito sakutome, and baby star ramen with the flavor of kondashi. It goes best with sakabuto, which enhances its sweetness.

It has been a while since I went to eat Sara-soba! Soba on 5 small flat plates with wasabi, leek, yam, and egg as condiments to change the taste♪ It was cold and I wanted to drink heated sake! We were told that there was only one type of heated sake, so we decided without hesitation! The sake was heated in a tokkuri (sake bottle) with an Otsu-e painting on it and an inokuchi (sake cup). When drunk alone, the sake has a strong flavor of rice, but when paired with dishes with strong flavors and fat, such as soba noodles, duck roast, and mackerel sushi, it goes very well with them! I was happy to drink a little from noon. ❣️
