As the name on the label suggests, it is dry and easy to drink. There is a gusty feeling of alcohol afterwards. It is the kind of taste that makes you want to say, "This is what dry sake tastes like.
If you drink only the top clear part, it tastes clear and mysterious. If you drink it after mixing and muddying it, it tastes like sake. Slightly sweet.
When I drank it in a hotel lounge, attracted only by the name, I was galvanized by Masuda. It was easy to drink, dry, and extremely pleasing to the palate.
