Izakaya a short walk west of Fukuma Station Sake from Shikoku seems unusual and I end up ordering it I drink it cold. Clear and colorless It has a full flavor in the mouth. The flavor spreads slowly. Slightly woody nuance when served with sashimi. It is good to drink with snacks or to enjoy the sake itself. The name is impressive, and although it does not have the sharpness of the flavor of a single sword, I like it very much.

I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

I was happy to find a draft of Funaka Hachisaku that I wanted to try. I didn't mind the super dryness of the sake, it had a subtle umami flavor and a crisp cut that left a sour taste, but it complemented the food with which it was served.

At a nearby izakaya (Japanese style bar). After toasting with beer, we chose Harushika, Nara's local sake. I expected it to be a very alcoholic sake, but to my surprise, it had a fruity and sweet flavor, and was easy to drink. We were able to relax after a long day of drinking delicious sake with delicious food.

Great amount of bubbles, Christmas snow globe level. Sweet, fruity, clay-like smell. The freshness of the wine gives way to a sense of rice, dry, drinkable, powerful, and as the temperature rises, the sweetness comes through. Might taste better mixed with ori. Second day. I'm getting used to it. This is pretty good. Creamy, dry, a little sweet and not flat in taste. It's full of ooze, sweetness of rice, smoothness, and a satisfying shuffle. I finished another bottle.
