It's like the masculinity of gusto and honjozo. ♠️ The snow man on the label is a very unlikeable character and I drank it while looking at the label. It's a bit light and easy to drink 🙂 I want to try a hot one next time!

A modern sake brewed by Aoki Shuzo, famous for Tsururei. It is completely different from the cup of sake Yukio that I drank before. It is sweet with a sour taste, but not cloying and very easy to drink. It was a low-alcohol, fresh summer sake, but when I checked the production date, it was about a year ago.... I think it was sold at room temperature (not in the refrigerator), so I wonder if it is not a summer sake. Well, it tasted good to me, so I don't have a problem with it.

Izakaya a short walk west of Fukuma Station Sake from Shikoku seems unusual and I end up ordering it I drink it cold. Clear and colorless It has a full flavor in the mouth. The flavor spreads slowly. Slightly woody nuance when served with sashimi. It is good to drink with snacks or to enjoy the sake itself. The name is impressive, and although it does not have the sharpness of the flavor of a single sword, I like it very much.

I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

Local sake after a long time. It's the new Harushika sake I drink every year😊. It has a crisp yet subtle sweetness and flavor that is very well balanced 😽. I heard it's already sold out at the brewery. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that you'll like about it.

At a nearby izakaya (Japanese style bar). After toasting with beer, we chose Harushika, Nara's local sake. I expected it to be a very alcoholic sake, but to my surprise, it had a fruity and sweet flavor, and was easy to drink. We were able to relax after a long day of drinking delicious sake with delicious food.

The freshness of the wine gives way to a sense of rice, dry, drinkable, powerful, and as the temperature rises, the sweetness comes through. Might taste better mixed with ori. Second day. I'm getting used to it. This is pretty good. Creamy, dry, a little sweet and not flat in taste. It's full of ooze, sweetness of rice, smoothness, and a satisfying shuffle. I finished another bottle. The second sake is from Japan's northernmost sake brewery, Kunimei! It's sake from Hokkaido - how could it not go well with crab! I thought. We had it with grilled crab meat in the shell as a side dish. Without a doubt, it was the perfect sake for crabs and seafood.
