It's like the masculinity of gusto and honjozo. ♠️ The snow man on the label is a very unlikeable character and I drank it while looking at the label. It's a bit light and easy to drink 🙂 I want to try a hot one next time!

A modern sake brewed by Aoki Shuzo, famous for Tsururei. It is completely different from the cup of sake Yukio that I drank before. It is sweet with a sour taste, but not cloying and very easy to drink. It was a low-alcohol, fresh summer sake, but when I checked the production date, it was about a year ago.... I think it was sold at room temperature (not in the refrigerator), so I wonder if it is not a summer sake. Well, it tasted good to me, so I don't have a problem with it.

They said it goes well with fish, so we got some sushi and had dinner 🍣. Looking at the chart of Sake-no-wa, I thought it wouldn't be too palatable, but sure enough, I don't think I like the taste very much. It has a clear, refreshing taste with almost no off-flavors, but the umami flavor slowly spreads in the aftertaste. It is dry.... It certainly goes well with fish. It's not my favorite, but I was so surprised that he bought it for me that I was able to work warmly all day today.

I wanted a dry, dry drink. There are days when I'm in that mood. You might say don't choose raw, but I realized it after the sake bottle came. I enjoyed it with yudofu. It fits my mood today. When I think of dry, dry sake, I think of Niigata, Hiroshima, and Kochi. I admit to disagreeing.

This Sake paired well with the home made bacon we had with dinner. The flavor profile is bright with the flavor of banana and has a dry, clean finish. The dryness is mild and not overly strong.
