I drank this Hakuryu before the remote New Year's party 😀.
It was bottled on the morning of 2/3 and opened on the evening of 2/4 🌇😚It's probably a Risshun morning pressing, but the label is different from everyone else's 🤔.
The bottle was opened with a light puff 😘It has a muscat aroma and a smooth, fresh mouthfeel😊The acidity is moderate and it has a nice gentle sweetness and umami 😘It was a delicious sake 🥳.

The label looks different, but it's probably Risshun Asa Shibori 🤔I haven't had it recently, but Hakuryu from Eiheiji in Fukui Prefecture had the youngest female toji ✨If it's good on the inside, it's good for you 🤤.
