I bought a bottle of Hakuryu today on the recommendation of the lady at my regular liquor store 😀 She said it was freshly arrived ✨.
After opening the bottle, the aroma is mellow 😘the mouthfeel is fresh 😊swishy and juicy rice🌾 flavor 🥰 mild sweetness and acidity😚 nice 😋.
It is a delicious sake with the energy of a new sake 🥳.
