The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

Next, here is a bottle from ‼️ that was Miyajima's recommendation for the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai. ‼️ To be honest, I can't really tell the difference 😅 although the richness of the orikagarami is better. I just keep reaching for the ogara-mi 😆. Maybe it's the bitterness that makes it better for eating 😋. Either way it's delicious, so this comparison is a lot of fun ‼️4

Chochin purchased in Hamamatsu last month. It was my first brand 🔰. It was also my first time to drink sake from Aichi even though we are neighboring prefectures 😓. When poured into a glass, it looks thick and smooth. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and satisfying. It's a mellow umami-kuchi type 🎶 with a good kick from the acidity, so it's very easy to drink. It is not hard to drink because it has a nice sharpness with acidity. It is not difficult to drink.

Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.

Tonight, I'm still in X'mas mode + I'm dropping my first series 💁. Tsuneyama Sparkling Nigori Sake 2023BY ✨🫧. I'm on a nigori road, but I'm not able to keep up with it because I want to buy more and more one after another 😅 So, let's drink it right away. This sake is also made from 100% Gohyakumangoku. The bottle was opened safely, but the gas came up and the lees were like a cloud. ☁️ Automatic stirring is complete 🫡. The aroma is clean with a nice lactic acidity and the taste is very dry with bitterness and alcohol as the main ingredients 😋😋😋😋 This sake is even drier than Hirotogawa Nigori, so it is suitable for those who prefer dry sake and can be served as a food wine 🍶.

I heard that a liquor store in Saitama has so few bottles of hanpukai sake that the owner doesn't drink any. I thought to myself, "That's a lie, right?
