At home. This is the first time I have had Concept Workers Selection, Aged Sake. When I poured it into a glass, it was slightly colored, and the aroma had a strong liquor feel to it. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a tingling sensation all over your tongue, and the alcohol that passes through your nose is very strong. I don't know if it's because I've heard it's an aged sake, but for some reason it feels like whiskey in the throat. This is the impression I got right after opening the bottle. I'd like to savor it slowly and carefully. On the second day, the fruity aroma and the mouthfeel became mellow.

The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

Next, here is a bottle from ‼️ that was Miyajima's recommendation for the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai. ‼️ To be honest, I can't really tell the difference 😅 although the richness of the orikagarami is better. I just keep reaching for the ogara-mi 😆. Maybe it's the bitterness that makes it better for eating 😋. Either way it's delicious, so this comparison is a lot of fun ‼️4

I was drawn to the limited edition label because it seems that from this year they have changed from Daiginjo to Junmai Daiginjo 😁. Chochin purchased in Hamamatsu last month. It was my first brand 🔰. It was also my first time to drink sake from Aichi even though we are neighboring prefectures 😓. When poured into a glass, it looks thick and smooth. The mouthfeel is full-bodied and satisfying. It's a mellow umami-kuchi type 🎶 with a good kick from the acidity, so it's very easy to drink. It is not hard to drink because it has a nice sharpness with acidity. It is not difficult to drink.

Tonight's second bottle was Tsushimaya🌸 It's a sake from Gifu, and as fragrant😍 and rich as the first bottle of Jyushiro, this one is more refreshing and crisp. Both were so good that we ended up emptying the entire bottle 😂. I'm not sure what to make of this, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I promised myself to take a rest day tomorrow😅.
