The aroma is mild😊 on the palate, you can feel the slight gassiness that is typical of Nabeshima ✨ there's a firm mellow sweetness and bitterness 😚 As expected from Nabesama it's delicious 😘.
I paired it with the Echizen Organic Hamana Miso I bought the other day in Fukui ✨🥳.
